Is there a commission?
Only 12% on brand-new clients who find you through BookMe. Your returning clients rebook through BookMe for free.
I already use other software.
You can run both side by side: BookMe bookings appear in your partner dashboard. Two-way sync with other tools is on our roadmap.
How fast can I go live?
After you upload your business licence (and Department of Health licence for medical or aesthetic venues), profiles are approved within 24 to 48 hours.
When do I get paid?
Today clients pay you directly, at the venue or by transfer. When payments through BookMe launch, payouts settle on the next business day (T+1).
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Plans run month to month with no long contract. Message BookMe on Zalo and your listing comes off at the end of that month.
Who owns my client list?
You do. Every booking, with the client's name and phone number, is in your dashboard. BookMe shares only what an appointment needs and never sells personal data.
What happens when a client doesn't show up?
Mark the booking as a no-show in your dashboard. Once deposits through BookMe launch, you can keep the deposit for a no-show, up to 50% of the service price, as our refund policy sets out.
Which language is the dashboard in?
Vietnamese or English, your choice. The venue page your clients see shows in seven languages: Vietnamese, English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, German and Spanish.
