Cancellation
Request cancellation in My bookings before the appointment starts. Treat it as cancelled only after BookMe confirms the cancelled status.
Payments and refunds
BookMe does not currently collect payments or automatically process refunds. Contact the venue about any payment made directly to it and its refund terms.
