BookMe에서 예약하면 비용이 드나요?
Customers book for free and pay for services at the venue. BookMe does not currently collect deposits.
예약이 확정되었는지 어떻게 알 수 있나요?
Your booking is saved when the confirmation screen displays a booking code. My bookings stores it on this device. Message reminders depend on provider activation.
예약은 어떻게 취소하나요? 수수료가 있나요?
Request cancellation in My bookings before the appointment starts. Check that its status changes to Cancelled before leaving.
결제는 어떻게 할 수 있나요?
Pay directly at the venue. Ask the venue which payment methods it accepts. Online payments through BookMe are not yet available.
BookMe 리뷰는 실제인가요?
예약을 완료한 고객만 리뷰 초대를 받아요. 저희는 매장의 요청으로 리뷰를 판매하거나 삭제하지 않으며, 욕설·비방 또는 스팸 콘텐츠만 삭제해요.
'인증' 배지는 무슨 뜻인가요?
This label indicates the listing was reviewed by the BookMe team before publication. It is not a quality certification or a professional licence. Demo listings are illustrative.
다른 사람이나 단체를 대신해 예약할 수 있나요?
네. 확인 단계에서 인원수를 늘리고 각 사람의 이름을 메모에 남겨주세요. 단체 메이크업, 네일 또는 마사지의 경우 매장에서 충분한 직원을 배정해요.
제 도시에서도 BookMe를 이용할 수 있나요?
현재 호치민, 하노이, 다낭(호이안 포함), 하이퐁, 껀터, 후에, 칸호아, 럼동, 꽝닌, 푸꾸옥에서 이용할 수 있으며, 2025년 7월부터 시행된 새 행정구역 기준을 따릅니다.
