Does booking on BookMe cost anything?
Customers book for free and pay for services at the venue. BookMe does not currently collect deposits.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is saved when the confirmation screen displays a booking code. My bookings stores it on this device. Message reminders depend on provider activation.
How do I cancel, and is there a fee?
Request cancellation in My bookings before the appointment starts. Check that its status changes to Cancelled before leaving.
How can I pay?
Pay directly at the venue. Ask the venue which payment methods it accepts. Online payments through BookMe are not yet available.
Are BookMe reviews real?
Only clients who completed an appointment are invited to review. We don't sell or delete reviews at a venue's request; we only remove abusive or spam content.
What does the 'Verified' badge mean?
This label indicates the listing was reviewed by the BookMe team before publication. It is not a quality certification or a professional licence. Demo listings are illustrative.
Can I book for someone else or for a group?
Yes. At the confirmation step, increase the number of guests and note each person's name. For group makeup, nails or massage the venue schedules enough staff.
Is BookMe available in my city?
Currently Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang (including Hội An), Hai Phong, Can Tho, Hue, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Quang Ninh and Phu Quoc, following the administrative map in force since July 2025.
