Terms of use of the BookMe.vn platform for customers and partners.

1. BookMe's role
BookMe is an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers ('Partners'). Services are performed by Partners; BookMe does not itself provide beauty, medical or sports services.
2. Accounts
You need a Vietnamese phone number or Zalo account to book. You are responsible for the information you provide and all activity under your account. Users under 16 need a guardian to book.
3. Bookings & prices
Displayed prices are set by Partners, include VAT where applicable and exclude tips. A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking code. Partners may decline service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
4. Reviews
You may only review services you used. No false, abusive or promotional content. BookMe may remove violating content.
5. Liability
BookMe helps resolve disputes between you and Partners but is not liable for the professional quality of services except where the law provides otherwise. For medical and aesthetic services, follow your doctor's advice.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
