Privacy & personal data protection policy
How BookMe collects, uses and protects personal data under Decree 13/2023 and the Personal Data Protection Law.

1. Scope
This policy covers bookme.vn, the BookMe apps and the BookMe Zalo Mini App (the 'Platform'), operated by BookMe Vietnam Co., Ltd ('BookMe', 'we'), in compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law.
2. Data we collect
Data you provide: name, phone number, email, booking notes, reviews. Automatic data: device, IP address, location (only when you enable 'Near me'), booking history. Payment data is processed by payment partners (NAPAS, MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay); BookMe never stores card numbers.
3. Purposes
Confirming and reminding you of appointments via Zalo/SMS; passing booking details to the venue you chose; processing payments, refunds and complaints; improving recommendations and offers; meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
With partner venues (only what the appointment needs: name, phone, service, time, notes); with infrastructure, payment and messaging providers under confidentiality agreements; with authorities on lawful request.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object to processing and request a copy of your data. Email privacy@bookme.vn; we respond within 72 working hours. You can delete your account under Account.
6. Storage & security
Data is stored on servers in Vietnam, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Booking records are kept for 5 years under accounting rules; marketing data is deleted when you withdraw consent.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies (login, booking cart) and anonymous analytics cookies. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser; the Platform keeps working.
