BookMeでの予約に料金はかかりますか？
Customers book for free and pay for services at the venue. BookMe does not currently collect deposits.
予約が確定したかどうかはどう分かりますか？
Your booking is saved when the confirmation screen displays a booking code. My bookings stores it on this device. Message reminders depend on provider activation.
キャンセル方法と手数料について教えてください。
Request cancellation in My bookings before the appointment starts. Check that its status changes to Cancelled before leaving.
支払い方法は何がありますか？
Pay directly at the venue. Ask the venue which payment methods it accepts. Online payments through BookMe are not yet available.
BookMeのレビューは本物ですか？
来店が完了したお客様にのみ口コミ投稿をご案内しています。口コミを販売することはなく、店舗の依頼で削除することもありません。削除するのは誹謗中傷やスパムのみです。

This label indicates the listing was reviewed by the BookMe team before publication. It is not a quality certification or a professional licence. Demo listings are illustrative.
他の人の分やグループの予約はできますか？
はい。確認ステップで人数を増やし、各人の名前をメモに記入してください。グループのメイク、ネイル、マッサージでは、店舗が十分なスタッフを手配します。

現在、ホーチミン市、ハノイ、ダナン（ホイアンを含む）、ハイフォン、カントー、フエ、カインホア、ラムドン、クアンニン、フーコックで利用できます。2025年7月施行の新しい行政区分に基づいています。
